Pinot Blogging #2

Mezzacorona Pinot Noir, Italy, 2007, $7.99

Clear crimson color, tending toward brick on the edges.
A bit flowery, alcohol smell, hints of rubbing alcohol.
Weak legs.
Pungent freshness followed by an over-ripe warmth.
Bananas?
Woody?
Pretty dry, with moderate tannin, rings mostly in the higher registers.
