The Empire State Building was all lit up in red, white and blue tonite. I know it's not Frank Sinatra's birthday, so that is not the explanation for the blue. Also, it is not Mayday the Communist Day of Celebrating the color red, so we can rule that out as well. As for the white, I have no explanation for that.
