Steely Dan
Here's my favorite picture of Steely Dan. Please pay particular attention to lunatic Donald Fagan (flared trousers, hands on hips). I first laid eyes on this fantastic look tweny-odd years ago and think about it and emulate it literally every time I put on a pair of Khaki pants. Just look how cool he looks!!

Jim Carroll sports the same pants look on the front of Catholic Boy. I sported that look until I got a job where I had to sit down a lot.
The 'Dan, though. Yeah, they are as cool as you can get.
