Bill Gates' Last Days

I understand that tomorrow is Bill Gates' last regular work day Microsoft. I have no idea if this is a good or a bad thing for the company, my uninformed guess is that it is a bad thing. Bill's own aspy stlyle-lessness probably has something to do with the problems endemic to Microsoft's products, but my guess is that the complexity of the system, responsibility to the shareholders, and good ol' American "lowest bidder" mentality might also be contributing factors. Bill seems to be on the right track (charitable work) to make up for his past mistakes, his nemesis (seen below) seems to be on a different track (Disney, AT&T).

Anyway, although this seems like one of those dumb internet things, it might be real. It shows Bill struggling with the all-too-familiar Microsoft Process.
